The circle cutouts on the cover stack down in size so nicely, it makes the set look way more expensive than it is. I’ve already filled the first notebook and the paper takes fountain pen ink without bleeding, which was a pleasant surprise.

I wasn’t sure about the circle cutouts at first, but they make the cover feel really unique and modern. The kraft paper is sturdy, and the included pen fits perfectly in the elastic loop.

The kraft paper cover feels nice and sturdy, and the pen that comes with it writes smoothly. I only wish the circle cutouts were a bit deeper for more tactile interest.
