隔光隔音睡眠眼罩

I was skeptical about the noise-blocking claim, but it really does muffle background sounds enough to help me fall asleep faster. The fit is snug without being too tight, and the light-blocking is total.

The blue color is actually calming, and the adjustable strap keeps it snug without pulling my hair. I can finally sleep past sunrise without waking up.

The 46g weight makes it barely noticeable on my face, and the shape actually stays put even when I roll onto my side. I’ve been getting solid, uninterrupted naps on my lunch break with the light and sound completely blocked.
