DIY Painting Wooden Plane

The wooden pieces fit together so smoothly that assembly was genuinely satisfying, and the pre-cut slots made it easy even for my 6-year-old. My son spent a happy afternoon painting his plane in bright colors, and now it sits proudly on his shelf as a custom decoration.

The 19.5cm wingspan is the perfect size for my nephew's little hands, and the wood is smooth enough that I didn't worry about splinters while he painted. He's been flying it around the room all afternoon, even before the paint fully dried.

The paint included in the kit is vibrant and covers the wood nicely. My kid enjoyed assembling the plane, though the pieces could fit a bit more snugly. It's a good value for an afternoon activity.
