DIY Colouring Wooden Sailboat

My kid loved assembling and decorating this sailboat—the wooden pieces fit together snugly without glue. A perfect rainy afternoon activity that kept them engaged for hours.

I spent a relaxing afternoon painting the wooden hull and sails, and the natural wood grain showed through beautifully. The pre-cut edges were smooth, so I didn't have to sand anything before starting.

The laser-cut pieces fit together snugly without glue, which was a nice surprise. My daughter painted it in an afternoon and now it sits proudly on her shelf.
