The magnet is strong enough to hold a few bottle caps without them sliding off, and the mug shape actually looks nice on the wall. I hang it right by the fridge and it catches every cap on the first try.

The magnet is seriously strong—it holds a full bottle cap without budging, and the mug shape looks great stuck on my fridge door. Took it off to open a beer and the cap flew straight into the magnet, no mess at all.

Bought this for the novelty but it's genuinely useful—the mug shape fits perfectly in my hand and the magnet holds tight to the fridge. Even after a few drops it's still stuck on there.
